Integrative & Collaborative Care
We implement and integrate Massage & Yoga Therapy, two Complementary and Integrative Health (CIH) interventions.
We work with you and with permission, with your healthcare team, to create an effective, holistic and sustainable therapeutic plan.
We honor and acknowledge your innate wisdom. We highly encourage your participation in co-creating and following your therapeutic plan.
Most importantly, we meet you where you are! We empower you through the various practices, and we guide you along the way, until you are ready to soar on your own.
Our weekly and monthly programs are designed to encourage and remind you to dedicate time for yourself; to commit to your growth, connection, care and overall nourishment.
We reward you for continuously dedicating time to improve and/or maintain your health and well-being.
Developing a Therapeutic Relationship
1. Discovery Call
We believe that an important component to healing, and transformation, is the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client.
For this reason, the first step to working together is a complimentary discovery call.
2. Initial Consultation
We make a thorough assessment, discuss your medical history, and current concerns, establish your therapeutic goals and uncover potential road blocks.
Clients are expected to take an active role towards their well-being and healing.
3. Program Selection
Our programs integrate our three core pillars: Mindfulness, Movement, Massage & Bodywork.
We offer monthly subscription programs and 6-week intensives for those needing extra TLC to get back in alignment and harmony.
